1. There are two ways you can shop at ROU:
   • Choose a batik pattern from the Pattern menu, then complete your order details.
   • Choosing a clothing style from the Men or Women menu, then complete your order details.
     
     
2. Order Details
   • Choose a predefined clothing style to make from your batik pattern choice.
   • Choose a predefined size or enter your custom measurements for an extra cost.
     
     
3. On the bar below, you will see your purchase order estimated total cost. Click Add to Cart to lock in your purchase.
   
   
4. You have 30 minutes to Check Out. Once you Check Out, you will receive a notification email about your purchase. We may also contact you via the phone number (whatsapp / sms / call) or email that you've provided, for payment confirmation purpose.
   
   
5. Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the production of your order.

For the time being, we only accept bank transfer as our payment method. Please make your payment to any of the following account.

We will keep your order for 24 hours after you finish the checkout process. If there’s no payment after 24 hours, we will automatically cancel your order.
